Job Description
Remote Senior Program Analyst
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Program Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing a large international U.S. Government contract. Your expertise will support programmatic and project teams through program reporting, logistics support, document control, and property oversight. You will enhance the efficiency of operations and ensure the successful delivery of project objectives. Accountabilities- Providing support to the Program Manager and Task Order Managers for related work activities.
- Contributing to the preparation of status and program management reports.
- Communicating issues and concerns to management for resolution.
- Facilitating program reporting mechanisms.
- Managing all travel related documentation and information.
- Assisting with tracking and quality control of project deliverables.
- Preparing and managing purchase requisition requests.
- Reviewing client invoicing for accuracy.
- Maintaining quality records of program property.
- Preparing vendor Statements of Work.
- Managing SharePoint and document control functions.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree related to the field; 4 additional years of experience can substitute for a degree.
- 5+ years of experience supporting U.S. federal contracts preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and Deltek Costpoint.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen located in the continental U.S.
