🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday | 11 pm MST - 8 am MST
💰 Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

✅ Growth Opportunities – Clear paths for career advancement in a growing organization Role Snapshot:As an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in minimizing workplace accidents and ensuring a healthy environment for all employees, aligning operational practices with environmental sustainability goals. Furthermore, you will hold the following responsibilities: 🔹 Develop and Implement Safety ProgramsCreate and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.🔹 Training and EducationConduct training sessions for employees on health and safety practices, emergency response, and hazardous material handling.🔹 Inspections and AuditsPerform regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards.🔹 Incident ReportingInvestigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.🔹 Regulatory ComplianceMonitor and ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant health and safety regulations, keeping up to date with changes in laws and advising management accordingly.Conduct facility safety inspections, Manage environmental and waste compliance.🔹 DocumentationMaintain records of safety training, incidents, and compliance audits, and generate health and safety assessment reports. The ideal person for this role would have broad experience and/or knowledge in several areas:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred occupational safety and health, or environmental science.
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA Safety Certificate required, and Certified Safety Professional (CSP), EHS, ISO, or similar preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Environmental Health and Safety roles, understanding of U.S. safety/environmental laws.
- Knowledge of Regulations: Strong understanding of environmental health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective training and reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess risks and develop effective safety protocols.
- Keen attention to details: A meticulous approach to identifying hazards and ensuring compliance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
