- Develop comprehensive, complex and accurate information reports.
- Create complex data reports and provide analysis for forecasting and benchmarking.
- Communicate data findings to senior management for forecasting and client needs.
- Analyze and provide feedback on company or client-specific information needs.
- Perform complex data analysis functions to meet management needs.
- Serve as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts.
- Deliver training and data analysis education for colleagues.
- Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience in an insurance-related field and one (1) year of statistical analysis strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Snowflake, and Hex.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly.
