POSITION SUMMARY
Process Engineers at RAS LaVrar work closely with Software Developers to streamline and standardize the firm’s processes. Process Engineers are involved in the design, construction, and implementation of all aspects of the firm’s processes. As such, Process Engineers are expected to develop an understanding of the firm’s processes that extends beyond the programming details to include integration with non-technical elements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The following responsibilities are central to the role:
- Craft processes
- Build roadmaps which include automations and applications to be developed by software developers as well as procedures to be executed by staff.
- Learn the firm’s case management system (CMS) and construct automated process flows using the user interface therein.
- Develop an understanding of firm processes
- Build and maintain process documentation.
- Ascertain the purpose of firm processes in addition to their functionality.
- Data Engineering
- Build & maintain data pipelines.
- Construct queries using programming languages such as SQL & Python.

Educational/Experience Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
- Individuals who excel in this role typically have academic backgrounds in operations management, engineering, and/or data science.
