We are currently looking for an Account Executive, Mid-Market in EMEA.This role is a key driver of revenue growth across the Central and Eastern Europe and Baltics region, focusing on acquiring and expanding mid-market customers. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will collaborate closely with sales development, customer success, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. The position offers high visibility, clear ownership of territory, and direct impact on business growth. It is well suited for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in building new markets and long-term client relationships.Accountabilities:
  • Own and grow a defined mid-market account list across the CEE and Baltics region, driving new logo acquisition and expansion.
  • Develop and execute a clear territory plan to identify, target, and convert prospective customers.
  • Manage the entire customer buying journey, providing consultative guidance and subject-matter expertise from first contact through close.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, collaboration with sales development, and management of inbound leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including pipeline, forecasts, and customer insights.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 1 year selling to mid-market customers.
  • Proven success developing greenfield territories, managing the full sales cycle, and closing net-new business.
  • Strong experience managing B2B clients and expanding accounts across Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Native or full professional proficiency in English and Russian, plus at least one Baltic language.
  • Based in, or with strong coverage of, the CEE and Baltics region.
