Senior Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization projects across multiple enterprise environments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of cloud-native and hybrid solutions using Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and other infrastructure platforms. Your leadership will be key to driving customer success and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Reply services include Consulting, System Integration and Digital Services. The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $100,000 - $150,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Azure cloud and infrastructure migration projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate engineering, DevOps, and migration teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with internal and client stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches as appropriate).
- Support project governance, cost management, and compliance with security controls in cloud environments.
- 4 years of experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure or cloud projects.
- Hands-on understanding of Azure services (e.g., Azure Virtual Machines, AKS, Azure DevOps, ARM templates).
- Proven experience in cloud migration strategies including rehosting, refactoring, and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and monitoring frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-400).
- Background in infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or DevOps practices.
- Experience coordinating with offshore/onshore teams.
- Exposure to other cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) in hybrid or multi-cloud projects.
- Experience with governance, cost management, and security controls in cloud environments.
