- Lead and mentor a team of Data Analytics and ML/AI Engineers, driving technical excellence and team development
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure data pipelines, data lakes, and AI/ML deployment frameworks
- Develop cloud-based infrastructure and microservices to streamline model operationalization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored infrastructure solutions
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and ML/AI workflows to improve efficiency and reliability
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory standards
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovations to maintain a competitive edge
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; Masters preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ML/AI infrastructure, or similar technical roles
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing or leading technical teams
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, data pipelines, ML model deployment, and scalable infrastructure design
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) are a plus but not required
