Qualifications and skills Experience: Proven experience in project management is essential, often requiring a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Methodologies: Familiarity with project management software and methodologies (like PMP or PRINCE II) is a plus.
Soft skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are crucial.
Other skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing requirements are highly valued.
