Aircraft Fueler at Fargo Jet Center LLC – Fargo, North Dakota

Position Title: Aircraft Fueler
Reports To: Line Supervisor & Line Manager
Location: Fargo Jet Center – Fargo, ND

Fargo Jet Center is seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join our Line Service team as Aircraft Fuelers. • Tuesday, Thursday - Saturday: 12:00pm -10:00pm

• Friday - Monday: 12:00pm - 10:00pm

• Perform quality assurance checks on fuel and fuel delivery systems

• Fuel and de-ice aircraft as required

• Greet, park, tow, move, and marshal arriving and departing aircraft

• Assist flight crews and passengers with baggage, cargo, and shuttle services

• Perform wing-walking duties as required

• Provide lavatory and potable water services; service aircraft with oil

• Maintain cleanliness of ramps, facilities, and company vehicles

• Handle customer needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction

• Provide shuttle transportation for passengers and crews

• Assist with lawn care, snow removal, and cargo operations as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager

• Willingly assist other departments when operational needs require

• Strong customer service skills

• Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three (3) years

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs

• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures

• Ability to work at heights

• Ability to work around fuel, chemicals, fumes, and loud noises (with proper PPE)
