Avalaunch Media is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team to drive, manage, and build on relationships with our enterprise clients and launch them to results they never thought possible! As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading multi-channel marketing initiatives, supporting project management for your book of business, and ensuring integrated campaigns continuously drive measurable growth.

The Marketing Manager position is a member of the Marketing Pod and reports directly to the Strategist. This position is required to work onsite at the Avalaunch office a minimum of four days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be working closely with a Marketing Strategist. Once the strategy is developed, you will be responsible for the tactical, day-to-day execution and channel coordination of that strategy.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of your client's brand, website, target audience, and marketing goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing plans across organic, email, social, and paid support initiatives.
  • Build and manage content calendars, including blog strategy, email campaigns, and social media calendars aligned to broader campaign objectives.
  • Lead email marketing ideation and execution, including campaign planning, segmentation strategy, automation flows, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated campaigns that align messaging across SEO, paid media, content, and social channels.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Oversee content strategy from ideation and production to distribution and amplification across multiple channels.
  • Project manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently for each client account.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Your communication with clients is critical. You’ll deliver detailed project plans, campaign updates, reporting insights, and strategic recommendations while keeping clients informed on how deliverables are progressing.
  • Monitor performance across channels and translate data into actionable insights to continuously improve results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing opportunities to provide proactive recommendations to your clients.
  • You’ll work closely within your pod and with specialized team members to produce client deliverables such as ad creative, copy, design, research, email builds, landing pages, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ultimately, you and the Pod Strategist will oversee the success of the client as we fulfill our mission of Launching Brands and Launching People!
Qualifications
  • You’re an experienced marketing professional with more than two years of experience managing multi-channel campaigns and working with internal and external team members, vendors, and client stakeholders to execute strategic marketing plans.

  • You understand how different marketing channels work together within a larger business strategy and customer journey.

  • Strong passion for digital marketing with expectations to learn more and grow professionally.
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and how to optimize for KPIs across channels.
