Required Education and Experience

1. High school diploma or equivalent;
2. 3+ years’ experience as production lead or supervisor in manufacturing;
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
4. Leadership, problem solving, organizational, and strong communication skills.

Preferred Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Five+ of general manufacturing experience; dairy or food manufacturing
3. SAP, OEE, and CIM experience.
4. Continuous Improvement knowledge
5. Bi-lingual English/Spanish

Food Safety and Product Quality

This position is responsible for supporting the food safety management system and for communicating food safety issues to the Quality Department.
