Job Title: Intern, M&A (Summer 2026 Program)

Role Type: Full-Time Temporary Position

Duration: May 20th, 2026 - August 5th, 2026

Responsibilities:

· Database acquisition opportunities that align with purchase criteria

· Execute and manage prospecting campaigns

· Provide acquisition diligence support on opportunities in various stages of the deal lifecycle

· Review markets across the country utilizing best in class research tools

· Communicate internally to help progress deal pipelines

Qualifications:

· Rising junior or senior undergraduate pursuing relevant coursework (Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, Entrepreneurship)

· Exceptional organizational and communication skills

· Persistent, resourceful, self-motivated, and personable

· Professional, approachable, and adept at building positive relationships

· Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

For high-performing interns, there may be an opportunity to extend beyond the summer, including part-time or remote work during the academic year, based on business needs.
