LPN/RN Charge Nurse PRN - Day Shift and Night Shift at Southland Operations – Dublin, Georgia

The primary purpose of the Licensed Practical Nurse position is to provide direct nursing care to residents as a member of an interdisciplinary team of care providers and to plan, supervise and evaluate the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Education:

• Must possess an LPN degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved diploma program.
• Must possess an RN Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of nursing leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a staff nurse in a long-term care facility.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.
