- Accelerate adoption and time-to-value of Employee Service solutions
- Serve as subject matter expertise in internal service delivery and employee workflows
- Partner with customer success managers to enhance service delivery
- Influence strategy for high-quality customer experience and enablement programs
- Provide actionable insights to shape future product development
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, IT Service Management, or related fields
- Strong understanding of internal service delivery models
- Proven track record in driving the adoption of SaaS platforms
- Excellent advisory and consulting abilities
- Strong communication and influencing skills across customer and internal teams
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks preferred
- Experience in data storytelling and value mapping
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
