• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver project goals.
• Track and report on sprint goals, progress, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• In-depth knowledge of systems testing procedures and practices.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent is preferred.
