- Lead end-to-end execution of digital product initiatives, managing planning, scheduling, dependencies, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize business and customer impact.
- Act as Scrum Product Owner, translating business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring Agile teams meet sprint goals.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, approvals, and timely delivery.
- Gather, validate, and manage customer and internal requirements, integrating feedback into iterative product development.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards, including 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, GxP, and ISO 27001.
- Drive scalability, standardization, and performance optimization across digital products, tracking adoption and key metrics.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or software delivery in life sciences or highly regulated environments.
- 2+ years experience as a Scrum Product Owner or equivalent Agile delivery role.
- Experience with digital validation, quality systems, or operational technology platforms (e.g., Kneat Gx, Veeva, TrackWise).
- Strong understanding of GxP, data integrity, and computer system validation (CSV) principles.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Scrum Master, experience with configurable SaaS platforms, and familiarity with commissioning, qualification, change control, and quality risk management processes.
- Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $160,000 per year.
