  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas are discussed and challenged openly
  • Deliver new features and improve reliability of core services including customer intake and application screening
  • Identify and resolve major system bottlenecks or flaws in business logic proactively
  • Take ownership of core product problems and develop data-driven solutions
  • Work across the stack to solve problems without relying on others
  • Lead a team of developers to engineer and develop software solutions
  • Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • 10+ years of related software development experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or similar)
  • Experience in designing and implementing distributed systems and microservice architectures
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, reliability, and cloud engineering paradigms
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Track record of learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust
