Construction / Development Intern at PROCOPIO ENTERPRISES INC – Middleton, Massachusetts

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Project Execution team. This role offers exposure to all phases of the real estate development process, from site evaluation and design to construction management and project delivery.

Reporting to the Project Execution Executive, you will gain hands-on experience in construction and/ or real estate development projects as well as exposure to real-world challenges in project planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers with day-to-day tasks including documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
• Attend site visits and assist with field reporting and progress tracking.
• Support due diligence activities for potential new projects (e.g zoning research, site analysis).
• Help maintain and update project documentation including budgets, timelines, and permits.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants as needed.
• Participate in internal project meetings and prepare meetings minutes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Civil Engineer, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Bluebeam or project management software is a plus.
• Interest in real estate development and construction processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
