This role offers a high-impact opportunity to provide executive-level support to the CEO and leadership team in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and act as a gatekeeper and liaison with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of anticipating needs, solving problems efficiently, and handling sensitive information with discretion. You will also support board preparation, organize internal and external events, and contribute to strategic projects, ensuring the CEO and executive team operate effectively. This fully remote position requires alignment with the EST time zone and occasional flexibility beyond standard business hours.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, balancing internal and external meetings, while optimizing efficiency and priorities.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transport, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, executive leadership, staff, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication.

  • Prepare materials and logistics for board meetings and key executive events.

  • Support executive projects, internal initiatives, and operational tasks as assigned.

  • Handle expense reimbursements, administrative tasks, and other ad hoc assignments with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a global, fast-paced environment.

  • Extensive experience managing complex schedules, international travel, and high-level logistics.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational priorities.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.

  • Proven ability to independently manage projects from inception to completion, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.

  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration tools such as Teams and Slack.

  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure and ambiguity.

  • Availability to work in EST time zone and flexibility for occasional work outside standard hours.
