We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee reconstruction and remodeling projects from start to finish while ensuring high-quality workmanship, strong communication with clients, and profitable project outcomes.

Position OverviewThe Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple construction and remodeling projects simultaneously. This role oversees project planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and customer communication while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Estimating

Manage awarded construction and remodeling projects from kickoff to completion

Conduct site inspections to verify project scope and requirements

Prepare scopes of work and estimates using the company’s project management platform

Order materials and schedule deliveries based on project scope

Project Coordination

Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and job site activities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors

Manage and approve change orders when necessary

Audit completed work to ensure it aligns with scope and budget

Quality Control

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Address deficiencies or issues quickly to maintain project timelines

Client Communication

Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle

Provide documentation and updates for project milestones and completion

Financial & Project Management

Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability

Review job costing and prepare final invoices upon project completion

Manage project timelines with an average job duration target of 30 days

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Coordinate with city and county officials regarding permits and inspections

Maintain organized project records including expenses, permits, and progress reports

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Construction or Project Management preferred)

3–5 years of construction project management experience

Strong knowledge of construction, remodeling, and building processes

Experience managing subcontractors and job site operations

Ability to read scopes of work and manage budgets effectively

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Experience with Xactimate is a plus

OSHA 10 certification preferred

Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
