Job Summary:
Provide support and assistance to the Mental Health Department and MAT Department in various administrative and clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the appointment line for psychiatry, ensuring they are scheduling patients within appropriate time frames.
- Attends meetings and takes minutes, as required.
- Manage spreadsheets for the mental health department, collecting data and aggregate statistical data.
- Inputting data into our electronic medical record.
- Managing and assigning caseloads for the clinicians.
- Maintaining statistics for MAT program as dictated by policy, to include managing their caseload and collecting data.
- Type all outgoing correspondence and draft replies to general correspondence not pertaining to medical subjects. Sign routine correspondence of a non-medical nature.
- It is an essential part of the job that CPS can ask the employee to work beyond his/her regularly scheduled hours.
- Follow all security rules and regulations.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (½-hour lunch)

Requirements:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Regularly required to stand; sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move over 35 pounds.
- Regularly able to adequately perform CPR
Qualifications and Experience :
- High school Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year experience as an administrative assistant, medical secretarial experience preferred.
- Proficiency with gathering data, maintaining spreadsheets, and aggregate data.
- 45-50 wpm typing speed.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Holds CPR certification
