As a Sales Development Representative, you will research, prospect, and create new business opportunities by engaging with multiple stakeholders across Customer Service, IT, and Operations teams. You will act as a key driver of the sales motion, collaborating closely with Account Executives to deliver impactful first impressions, while contributing to a fast-paced, high-growth culture. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
Research, prospect, and schedule qualified meetings with enterprise-level leads.
Prepare detailed meeting prep materials to support Account Executives in delivering high-impact presentations.
Share insights and observations with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Consistently meet daily activity KPIs and exceed quarterly quota goals, contributing to overall pipeline growth.
Actively engage in team initiatives that foster collaboration and support sales culture development.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or other relevant B2B customer-facing sales roles, preferably in SaaS.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a proactive hunter mentality and focus on execution.
Tech-savvy, able to understand complex technology and translate it into customer value.
Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to the fast-paced, evolving nature of a high-growth startup.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and building enterprise-level relationships.
