Global Performance Marketing Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global Performance Marketing Manager in the United States.

This role is a strategic opportunity for a data-driven marketer to lead global paid media and demand conversion initiatives, driving measurable growth and user acquisition across multiple international markets. You will manage full-funnel performance, from impression to conversion, and optimize campaigns for subscription growth. Partnering closely with marketing, product, analytics, lifecycle, and creative teams, you will use experimentation and insights to refine targeting, improve funnel efficiency, and scale global performance. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and the chance to influence marketing strategy across diverse regions while working in a remote-first, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. The role is ideal for a marketer who combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to unlock sustainable growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize global paid media campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Affiliate, and SEO.

  • Lead full-funnel performance management, ensuring effective user acquisition and conversion into paying subscribers.

  • Partner with regional teams to localize campaigns, messaging, creative, and targeting for diverse markets.

  • Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and funnel performance.

  • Design and maintain analytics frameworks to evaluate channel efficiency, LTV/CAC, and incremental impact by region and audience segment.

  • Guide paid media creative strategies, iterating messaging and formats based on funnel insights.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Lifecycle, Finance, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 4–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing, with global experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar paid media budgets and drive subscription or revenue growth.

  • Deep knowledge of media platforms, paid acquisition strategies, and full-funnel optimization techniques.

  • Strong analytical and experimentation skills, with experience in Looker, Amplitude, GA4, SQL, and MMPs.

  • Experience adapting marketing strategies across multiple countries and cultural contexts.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, and remote-first environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus/variable pay and potential equity.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

  • 401(k) plan with company matching program.

  • Flexible PTO, plus synchronized company-wide time off in winter and summer.

  • Mental wellness programs and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

  • Learning and development opportunities to support professional growth.

  • Reimbursement and equipment support for a productive remote work environment.

  • Access to premium memberships and product offerings for personal use.
