Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time

Grand Villa of New Port Richey is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support

- Document resident care activities thoroughly and accurately in electronic health records

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies

- Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida

- Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
