You will drive strategic, technology-enabled change across end-to-end functions spanning R&D, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate domains. Acting as a key connector between business strategy, digital product teams, and executive leadership, you will translate complex challenges into structured, data-driven transformation roadmaps. The role requires a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and accelerate decision-making in ambiguous environments. You will play a pivotal role in embedding data, AI, and emerging technologies into core business processes. Accountabilities:

Lead and co-drive enterprise transformation initiatives focused on simplifying and optimizing end-to-end business processes across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and value creation priorities.

  • Partner with digital product managers, executive sponsors, and business leads to shape transformation strategy, solution direction, and execution approach.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear requirements for technology-, data-, and AI-enabled solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Drive governance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment, decision-making clarity, and sustained executive sponsorship.
  • Lead cross-functional initiative teams through all phases of transformation, ensuring accountability, execution rigor, and delivery of outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve strategic and operational issues, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum and delivery success.
  • Define capability and resource needs across business, process, and technical domains to support initiative execution.
  • Support the design and adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and digital tools to enhance business performance and process efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and maintain focus on measurable transformation outcomes.
Requirements:

Doctorate with 5+ years, Master’s with 8+ years, or Bachelor’s with 10+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, or transformation roles.

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs in complex organizational environments.
  • Strong background in technology-, data-, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Experience working closely with digital product, data, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements for technical and analytical development teams.
  • Familiarity with data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities applied to business transformation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
