Join a high-tech cannabis cultivation team managing irrigation and fertigation systems using Aroya. You’ll work with growers to maintain optimal plant health in a fast-paced production environment.

⏰ Full-time | Cultivation environment
📌 Cannabis cultivation experience preferred

• Manage irrigation and feeding schedules
• Use Aroya to monitor and adjust crop inputs
• Maintain pumps, valves, filters, and irrigation systems
• Coordinate with growers and cultivation leadership
• Track data, update schedules, and complete reports
• Support harvest planning and cultivation projects

• 21+ years old
• 1+ year cannabis cultivation experience preferred
• Agriculture or production experience a plus
• Comfortable using Excel/Word and basic data tracking
• Able to perform physical work in a grow environment
• Detail-oriented and reliable

• Long periods standing/sitting with repetitive tasks
• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Exposure to noise, humidity, dust, and chemicals

• Work with advanced cultivation systems (Aroya)
• Hands-on impact on plant health and yield
