This role sits at the core of Total Rewards operations, supporting the execution and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that directly impact the employee experience. It plays a key role in ensuring operational accuracy, process efficiency, and data integrity across multiple HR systems and reward platforms. The position combines analytical, administrative, and employee-facing responsibilities, requiring strong attention to detail and service orientation. You will collaborate closely with HR, finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support benefits administration, compensation processes, and recognition initiatives. The role also contributes to continuous improvement efforts by enhancing workflows, reporting, and system data quality. - Support benefits operations including invoice processing, claims payments, and resolution of vendor discrepancies
- Assist in benefit plan audits, retirement plan reporting, and accuracy checks of enrollment and premium data
- Respond to employee and retiree inquiries related to medical, life insurance, pension, and retirement benefits
- Manage life insurance claims processing for active employees and retirees
- Coordinate administrative tasks for annual benefits open enrollment and audit cycles
- Maintain and update recognition platforms, including recipient data entry, gift tracking, and reporting
- Support administration of reward and recognition programs, including annual awards and engagement initiatives
- Generate reporting on rewards utilization and support data analysis for program improvements
- Assist with compensation processes, including merit cycles, promotions, stipends, and compensation tool administration
- Support HR systems maintenance, including data audits, updates, and intranet content management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in HR, business administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR operations, or similar HR support roles
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Experience working with HRIS systems and HR data management tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently and take initiative
- Competitive salary range: $64,600 – $68,000 per year
