This role sits within a global service delivery environment, where you will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex projects across payments, financial services, and telecommunications domains. You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, resources, budgets, timelines, and quality expectations. Acting as the central point of control throughout the project lifecycle, you will drive execution while balancing structure with adaptability in a fast-paced technical environment. The role requires strong stakeholder coordination skills, as most delivery depends on specialist teams and external partners. You will also play a key role in risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers exposure to mission-critical global projects with significant operational and technical impact.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and specialist resources to ensure effective execution and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, ensuring visibility of progress, dependencies, and risks.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization to ensure efficient delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution processes are followed.
• Establish clear communication channels with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee change control processes and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and governance standards are followed.
• Produce regular status reports and maintain high-quality project documentation aligned with internal standards.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within technology, telecommunications, or financial services environments.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional or technical delivery teams in complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Solid understanding of IT-related domains such as networks, payments systems, processing, or application development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and delivery discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMP is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Degree or technical qualification in IT, telecommunications, or a related discipline preferred.
