We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and theres no script for what comes next.

New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development.

Above all, youll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work.

We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.

About ARTHOUSE London:

We are a marketing agency built specifically for the world's most ambitious live productions. We bring genuine creative soul and genuine performance rigour to every campaign, and we refuse to separate them. When the person building your brand is the same person buying your media, something different happens to the work.

ARTHOUSE is part of TodayTix Group, with offices in London and New York. Our clients include some of the most iconic productions on the West End and Broadway — and we are growing fast.

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled and driven Paid Social Manager to manage campaigns and client relationships across a slate of live entertainment accounts. In this role, you'll bring solid hands-on experience in paid social — particularly Meta — and a proactive approach to campaign performance. You'll work closely with the wider ARTHOUSE London team to deliver work that is both creatively sharp and commercially rigorous.

This is a role for someone ready to grow into ownership — taking on more responsibility for their accounts, their client relationships, and their strategic thinking over time. The productions we market matter to the people who see them, and our team is personally connected to the work we do.

Please note: this is a full time role and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We work on a hybrid model: generally, the ARTHOUSE London team works 4 days per week onsite and 1 day at home.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Campaigns are accurately tracked, launched to best practice, and consistently delivering against client objectives.

  • Clients feel supported and confident, with a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact on paid social.

  • Performance opportunities are identified and flagged proactively, with a willingness to act on them.

  • Media strategy and campaign creative are well-aligned, through close collaboration with account and creative teams.

  • You are growing your platform knowledge and channel expertise, and contributing positively to the team around you.

What You'll Do:

Campaign management and delivery

  • Manage the setup and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

  • Support campaign structure, audience strategy, creative rotation and budget allocation across multiple accounts

  • Ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, launched to best practice, and delivering against client objectives

  • Identify performance opportunities and flag them proactively, acting on them with curiosity and initiative

Performance and optimisation

  • Monitor and interpret key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and conversion rate

  • Make optimisation decisions and communicate their rationale clearly to your team and clients

  • Build an understanding of what good looks like for each client and work to consistently meet that bar

  • Contribute to post-campaign analysis and quarterly reviews

Client and team collaboration

  • Support client relationships, acting as a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact on paid social

  • Collaborate with account and creative teams to ensure media strategy and campaign creative are aligned

  • Communicate performance clearly — in writing and in person — to both internal teams and clients

Contribution to ARTHOUSE

  • Stay current on platform developments, new formats, and emerging best practice

  • Contribute to a high standard of paid social work across the agency

We're Looking for Someone With:
  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally within an agency environment

  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and at least one other major platform

  • The ability to manage multiple accounts independently and to a high standard

  • A comfort owning client relationships and presenting performance to non-technical audiences

  • A data-literate mindset — able to interpret results, draw clear conclusions, and make recommendations

  • A genuine interest in live entertainment, culture, or the arts is a plus but not a requirement

  • A clear, direct communication style and a collaborative approach to getting things done

Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.
We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
