Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
- Supervise daily nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.
Job Type: Full‑Time
Setting: A full‑service CCRC including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Rehab
Minimal Education:
Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience.
- One (1) year skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
Other Qualifications:
- Current Nursing License
- CPR certified
