In this role, youll assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements. The ideal candidate loves travel, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a flexible, work-from-home environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Research and book travel including flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Provide tailored recommendations based on clients needs and preferences
• Manage bookings using approved travel platforms (training provided)
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and messaging tools
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation
• Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination highlights
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer skills and comfort with online tools
• Prior travel booking or service experience is helpful but not required
• Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet connection and personal computer
