Field Appointment Setter - Storm Team

Seasonal Canvassing Representative High-Energy, Performance-Based Opportunity
Were seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our seasonal canvassing team! This role is perfect for go-getters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want the potential to turn seasonal work into a full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities:
  • Door-to-Door Canvassing:
  • Knock on doors in neighborhoods affected by storms (hail, wind).
  • Initiate conversations with homeowners about potential storm damage to their roofs.
  • Build trust and rapport quickly and professionally.
  • Travel required within the Midwest.
  • Educating Homeowners:
  • Explain the importance of addressing storm damage and the benefits of an inspection.
  • Provide basic information about the inspection process.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Schedule free roof inspections with interested homeowners.
  • Collect accurate contact information and confirm appointments.
  • Neighborhood Domination:
  • Leverage the first sale in a neighborhood to generate additional leads.
  • Use canvassing strategies to maximize visibility and interest in the area.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
  • Ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team by utilizing communication and field apps.
  • Provide detailed notes on homeowner interactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence in approaching and speaking with strangers.
  • Ability to handle objections and overcome skepticism.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with storm damage and roofing (training provided).
  • Previous canvassing experience a plus but not required.
Performance Metrics:
  • Utilize apps to increase and track performance
  • Number of doors knocked per day.
  • Leads generated and appointments scheduled.
  • Conversion rate of leads to closed sales.
  • Bonus KPI structure. "Eat what you kill"mentality!
Compensation & Growth
$75 per demo (inspection set up) $250 bonus for 10+ demos in a week Growth potential into Sales & Inspection roles
Canvassers are the frontline of our storm team, creating the opportunities that drive revenue. By identifying homeowners in need and setting up inspections, you directly contribute to closing deals and helping homeowners restore their properties.
