Want to cook up more than food? At The Rook Room, we serve up delicious eats in a place where board games, creativity, and community collide. We’re looking for energetic, detail-loving Kitchen Staff to help us keep things fresh, flavorful, and fun.

What You’ll Do

• Prep and cook menu items with care and consistency
• Plate dishes like a pro (yes, presentation matters!)
• Communicate with FOH so service runs smooth
• Keep your station clean, your cool under pressure, and your team in sync
• Help with deliveries, stock rotation, and reducing waste

What You Bring

• Kitchen experience is great—but we’ll train the right person
• You’re dependable, quick on your feet, and cool under pressure
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Love being part of a fast-moving, close-knit team
• Familiar with ServSafe or willing to get certified
