  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing multidisciplinary team across epidemiology, biostatistics, and data science
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and data infrastructure practices to enable scalable analytics capabilities across the organization
Requirements:

This role requires deep expertise in epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related quantitative scientific field, combined with extensive experience leading real-world data and evidence generation programs in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Strong technical and leadership capabilities are essential, along with the ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment.

  • PhD, DrPH, DSc, or equivalent advanced degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong knowledge of real-world data sources such as claims, EHRs, registries, linked datasets, and multi-modal data types
  • Expertise in statistical and analytical tools such as R, SAS, or Python
  • Deep understanding of epidemiologic, biostatistical, and causal inference methodologies
  • Experience in oncology, genomic medicine, or targeted therapies strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex scientific insights to diverse senior stakeholders
