IT Manager at Minnesota Women's Care PA – Woodbury, Minnesota

As the sole IT Manager for our company of 200 employees, you will be fully responsible for all aspects of our technology environment. This highly autonomous position requires a proactive, resourceful individual capable of independently managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, support, strategic planning, and implementing technology improvements. You will serve as the single point of contact for all IT needs, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient systems that support our organization’s goals.

We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to operate as a one-person IT team for our company of 200 employees. The ideal candidate will independently manage all aspects of our technology operations, ensuring the smooth operation, security, and reliability of our computer systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Independently oversee, maintain, and support all technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and user support for approximately 200 employees.
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures independently to ensure system security and reliability.
• Proactively maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve all IT issues as they arise, acting as the single point of contact for all technical support needs.
• Manage all relationships with external vendors and service providers, including procurement, support, and contract negotiations.
• Independently manage the IT budget and purchasing decisions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company needs.
• Continuously research technology trends and independently recommend, plan, and implement system improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical staff.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of networks, servers, software, and hardware systems.
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
