As our Supportive Services Coordinator, you will work independently from the property management staff and report directly to the Regional Manager of the assigned properties. An annual evaluation will be performed with input from the Regional Manager.
The primary function of this role is to access the general social services needs of the residents living in the assigned facility (ies). Following the needs assessment, this position will arrange for a variety of services to be available to the residents of the facility based on the needs of the general population. This role will also be available to perform on-site assessments and critical interventions when requested.

This position will arrange for a variety of services to be available to the residents of the facility based on the needs of the general population and as generally outlined in the supportive services plan.?
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/ADMINISTRATIVE:
- Arrange training sessions between residents and service providers?
- Partnering with local financial counselors and agencies to provide service?
- Coordinate with specific service providers, either through direct outreach or referrals, for the provision of social services that are outlined in the supportive services plan?
- Job Training/Placement: Partner with county agencies to identify and link residents to available resources that offer needed job training classes.
- Education: Link residents with local schools for continued education or GED classes?
- After school/training programs: Partner with local schools and other agencies to set up on-site tutoring programs in community center.
- Mentoring programs: partner with local Big Brothers/Big Sisters or other groups to create a mentoring program for children living in the community.
- Affordable Daycare: Identify and qualify residents needing day care and partner with outside agencies to provide services.
- Needs Assessments: conduct surveys to determine the specific needs of various residents annually to connect residents to appropriate programs.
- Develop and update a Resource Directory for residents.
- Provide monthly or quarterly newsletters.
- Reporting: Provide monthly reports outlining performance objectives and maintain resident participation documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
