This role sits within a fast-growing business transformation consulting environment, where you will act as a trusted advisor helping clients redesign and modernize their procurement and finance operations. You will lead high-impact transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, unlock cost savings, and enhance operating models across complex enterprise organizations. Working at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, you will guide both client stakeholders and internal teams through end-to-end transformation programs. The position blends client delivery, team leadership, and business development support, offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and enterprise-scale challenges. You will also contribute to shaping go-to-market initiatives and expanding procurement transformation capabilities. This is a highly collaborative role focused on delivering measurable business value and sustainable operational improvement.
Lead and support procurement transformation engagements, driving strategic improvements in sourcing, operations, and enterprise-wide procurement capabilities while contributing to business development and internal capability building.
- Support the design and execution of procurement transformation strategies and go-to-market initiatives
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and solution development
- Lead or support cross-functional teams on transformation initiatives including process improvement, system strategy, and change management
- Analyze procurement and spend data to identify cost optimization, supplier efficiency, and operating model improvements
- Drive maturity assessments across procurement capabilities and benchmark client performance
- Lead cost savings initiatives such as RFP execution, supplier negotiations, and sourcing optimization efforts
- Develop data-driven business cases for transformation programs and operational enhancements
- Manage project risks, issues, and delivery timelines while ensuring successful execution of client engagements
- Mentor and coach team members through feedback, performance support, and day-to-day guidance
This role requires strong consulting experience in procurement or business transformation, combined with analytical capability, stakeholder management skills, and experience leading complex client-facing programs.
- 9+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, ideally within procurement or business transformation
- Strong knowledge of procurement and finance processes such as Strategic Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay, Contract Management, or Accounts Payable
- Experience in process optimization, change management, project management, or performance improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with spend data, procurement analytics, or operational reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and exposure to AI applications in procurement is highly desirable
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; certifications in supply chain or procurement are a plus
