Practice Manager — Clinic Operations

The Role

AICA Orthopedics is hiring a Practice Manager to lead a single clinic within our 21-location metro Atlanta network. Base salary $65,000–$75,000 plus performance bonus.

This is first and foremost a people leadership role. Your clinic performs because your team performs — and your team performs because you hire well, develop consistently, and hold people to a clear standard. Strong operators who are weak people managers do not succeed here.

• Single-site scope — you own one clinic fully; the Regional PM oversees 4–5 locations
• Clinic complexity varies — full-service locations run orthopedic, chiropractic, MRI, PT, and surgical services

Who We're Looking For

You have managed a clinical team and are honest about what that requires:

• You know the difference between a staff member who needs coaching and one who needs to be replaced — and you act on it
• You give direct feedback and follow through on performance expectations
• You read a KPI report, understand what it means, and act without being asked
• You have managed a clinic budget and owned the results

Personal injury or orthopedic clinic experience is a plus. If you have not managed in this environment before, expect a steeper ramp than a standard single-specialty office.

What You're Responsible For

Team Leadership — Primary

• Hire, develop, and hold accountable every member of your clinic team
• Set clear expectations, conduct regular reviews, address performance issues directly
• Develop your Site Coordinator and front desk staff as future AICA leaders
• Partner with HR on employee relations and workforce planning

Clinic Operations

• Own daily operations — patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and facility
• Keep clinical, front desk, and support functions coordinated toward shared goals
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and AICA standards across all functions

Financial Performance

• Own the clinic budget — revenue, collections, volume, and cost against monthly targets
• Identify and close revenue gaps; report performance to your Regional PM with action plans

Patient Experience

• Set and hold patient experience standards across every function
• Build a culture where staff own the patient experience, not just their individual tasks

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of clinic or medical practice management experience
• Demonstrated track record of hiring, developing, and holding a clinical team accountable
• Experience managing to a budget and driving measurable revenue results
• EMR/PM proficiency; NextGen preferred

Preferred

• Orthopedic, multi-specialty, or personal injury clinic experience
• Multi-service-line operations — medical, chiropractic, MRI, physical therapy
• Bilingual English and Spanish
