This is a high-impact leadership role at the forefront of clinical development, where scientific expertise meets strategic execution. You will drive the design and delivery of Phase 1–3 clinical programs, shaping how innovative therapies are developed and brought to patients. - Lead the design, development, and authoring of Phase 1–3 clinical trial protocols, ensuring alignment with overall program strategy and regulatory expectations
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams such as regulatory, statistics, medical affairs, and translational science to ensure cohesive clinical execution
- Oversee enrollment strategies, including site selection, investigator engagement, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and efficient trial delivery
- Serve as a key scientific contributor to advisory boards, steering committees, and governance meetings
- Author and contribute to clinical and regulatory documents, including submissions and scientific disclosures
- Analyze and synthesize internal and external data to inform clinical strategy and optimize trial outcomes
- Present clinical data and insights to internal stakeholders and support external scientific communications
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, DVM, MSN, or equivalent) with significant experience in clinical development, or BS/MS with extensive relevant industry experience
- Strong background in Phase 1–3 clinical trial design, execution, and regulatory processes
- Deep understanding of clinical research methodologies, endpoints, and biomarker integration
- Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and guide strategic decisions
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
