  • Proven success in developing ASO network solutions and high-performing provider partnerships.
  • Strong expertise in payment innovation, provider contracting, and healthcare cost optimization strategies.
  • Experience leading large-scale negotiations and managing complex provider relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop benchmarking tools and evaluate network performance.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and technology.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth or transformation-focused healthcare organizations strongly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive compensation package ($250,000 – $310,000 USD base salary range).
  • Performance-based incentives aligned with leadership impact and organizational success.

  • Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave programs.
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact transformation in healthcare payment and delivery systems.
  • Executive-level exposure and collaboration across product, analytics, and technology leadership teams.
