Prolific Design Build is looking for reliable and hardworking Landscape Foreman to join our growing construction team. In this hands-on role, youll assist with the installation of high-end residential landscapes including patios, pools, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and plantings. • Lead and work alongside field crews on all aspects of project execution

• Read and interpret landscape construction plans and execute accordingly

• Prepare site layouts, establish grades, and oversee installation of pools, patios, kitchens, and structures

• Communicate daily with operations, design team, and clients to ensure alignment

• Manage project flow, including scheduling, materials, and logistics

• Coordinate inspections, equipment deliveries, and subcontractor activities

• Monitor quality of craftsmanship, site cleanliness, and safety standards

• Act as the primary on-site leader, making decisions that support project success

• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and provide progress updates

• Minimum 4 years of experience in landscape or hardscape construction

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Strong understanding of outdoor living construction, grading, drainage, and stormwater systems

• Ability to read blueprints, prepare layouts, and execute complex designs

• Skilled in operating equipment and hand tools used in landscape construction

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• No licenses or certifications required, but leadership, experience, and initiative are essential
