  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments through stakeholder interviews, surveys, performance data analysis, and gap assessments to identify root causes and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Apply adult learning theory, ADDIE/SAM methodologies, accessibility standards, and change management principles to ensure effective, inclusive, and sustainable learning outcomes.
  • Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, reinforcement strategies, and post-training adoption plans to maximize knowledge retention and behavior change.
  • Utilize AI-enabled and emerging learning technologies to streamline development processes and enhance learner engagement while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Establish measurable success criteria and evaluate impact through performance metrics, behavioral indicators, and business outcomes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timeline adherence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of learning assets and standards.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering training solutions across multiple modalities, with demonstrated measurable business impact.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE/SAM), adult learning theory, and learning science principles.
  • Advanced proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise), LMS platforms, and virtual facilitation tools.
  • Experience consulting with senior leadership and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex timelines.
  • Data literacy and analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency with the ability to strategically apply AI tools and critically evaluate outputs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Bachelors degree in education, instructional design, human resources, or related field preferred; relevant certifications (ATD, CPTD, instructional design credentials) are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, with strong ownership and accountability.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary based on qualifications and geographic location (Zone-based structure).
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentive opportunities.
  • 401(k) plan with 8% company contribution.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 80% employer-paid coverage for employees and dependents.
  • Generous paid time off, including paid sabbaticals.
  • Tuition reimbursement for continued professional development.
  • Inclusive, team-oriented culture emphasizing growth mindset, diversity, and work-life balance.
  • Equal opportunity employer committed to fair and inclusive hiring practices.
