Accountabilities:

Requirements:

57 years of leadership experience in program management with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives.
Proven experience delivering projects across product, operations, finance, and marketing functions.
Technical fluency, including familiarity with supply-chain processes, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and other enterprise systems.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills to introduce and embed PMO practices.
Proficiency with PPM tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Planview/AdaptiveWorks.
Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, computer science, data science, AI, engineering, or a related quantitative field; PMP certification preferred.
