Spa Coordinator (Medical Aesthetics) at Aurora Medical Spa – Castle Rock, Colorado

This position is anchored in our Castle Rock location and will play a key role in supporting both our Castle Rock and Colorado Springs teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across both locations as needed to ensure consistent client experience and team support.

Aurora Medical Spa in Castle Rock is hiring a polished, experienced Spa Coordinator to help build and lead the client experience in a growing medical aesthetics practice.

This is the first dedicated Coordinator role at this location. As our client volume continues to grow, this position offers real opportunity to shape systems, influence operations, and grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the face of our Castle Rock location and a key operational partner.

You will:

• Deliver a high-level, welcoming client experience from check-in to check-out
• Manage provider schedules with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate daily treatment flow and ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain precise client records and financial transactions
• Confidently discuss services, packages, and memberships
• Help refine front desk systems and processes as the practice grows
• Play a key role in building and eventually helping train future front desk team members

As the business grows, this role is designed to grow with it.

Schedule

• 36–40 hours per week
• Mix of 8- and 10-hour weekday shifts
• Every other Saturday, 8:30am–2:00pm
