Position Overview:

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements

● Handle A/R and A/P, invoicing, and bank reconciliations

● Maintain and update general ledger

● Support internal teams with financial planning

● Utilize QuickBooks for all core bookkeeping functions

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (preferred)

● Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping

● Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills

● Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication
