The Professional Services Engineer will work closely with customer teams to implement integrations, migrations, and advanced AI deployments, ensuring clients maximize the value of their platform. This position blends technical expertise with consultative client engagement, requiring collaboration across internal teams and partner organizations. You will support post-sales initiatives, guide clients through technical challenges, and contribute to innovative solutions that accelerate business processes. The role requires adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world business problems. Success is measured by client satisfaction, project delivery efficiency, and the ability to enable long-term customer success.
Accountabilities:- Deliver post-sales technical services, including integrations, competitor migrations, custom interfaces, and SSO/SCIM implementations
- Support advanced AI deployment projects and leverage AI tools to enhance project outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless delivery and technical enablement
- Engage with clients in a consultative capacity, understanding their technical requirements and business objectives
- Contribute to pre-sales activities with technical expertise to secure strategic wins
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality and client satisfaction standards
- Document technical implementations and provide guidance on best practices for client and internal teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in post-sales SaaS implementation or customer success, preferably with enterprise clients
- Strong technical skills in web development (React), scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), or SSO/SCIM implementations
- Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies
- Excellent consultative and customer-facing skills, with a record of delivering complex technical projects
- Demonstrated ability to learn independently and stay current with evolving technology
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, including experience working in partner co-delivery or project delivery teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and achieve high client satisfaction
