Accountabilities:

Deliver post-sales technical services, including integrations, competitor migrations, custom interfaces, and SSO/SCIM implementations
Support advanced AI deployment projects and leverage AI tools to enhance project outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless delivery and technical enablement
Engage with clients in a consultative capacity, understanding their technical requirements and business objectives
Contribute to pre-sales activities with technical expertise to secure strategic wins
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality and client satisfaction standards

Requirements:
