Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, cold, and rain.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking during events.
• Ability to climb stairs and navigate multi-level facilities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
