Job Title: School Based Health RN Supervisor
Location: West Hawai‘i School-Based Sites – Kealakehe, Kahakai, Honaunau, Konawaena
Salary: $81,161.60 – $115,835.20 annually
(Compensation is determined based on relevant experience and education.)

Eight-hour workdays. The schedule will be based on operational needs (rotating shifts, standby, on-call).

• Collaborate with the Director of School Based Health and other leaders to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery
• Plan and oversee health service delivery, supervise staff, and lead quality improvement efforts
• Provide day-to-day oversight of all School Based Services staff across assigned sites
• Promote a productive and safe working environment with clear communication
• Address patient complaints and questions promptly

• Evaluate patient needs and implement appropriate nursing care plans
• Document nursing assessments and patient care
• Communicate with medical providers regarding patient needs and education
• Perform direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
• Handle emergencies professionally and promptly
