Wholesale Driver at Mad Anthony's Inc – Seattle, Washington

Anthony's Seafood, the seafood distribution company for Anthony's Restaurants, is seeking a full-time delivery driver / warehouse person.

Anthony's is a family-owned company operating 25 fine dining restaurants in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

The primary responsibilities of this job are delivering seafood and other items to our restaurants in the state of Washington, as far north as Bellingham and as far south as Olympia.

We deliver in refrigerated trucks ranging from 16 to 20 feet, no CDL is required.

Other responsibilities include loading delivery trucks, washing trucks, making pickups on the route and helping pack seafood orders in our cooler and freezer. You will also have to occasionally ice fresh fish. We keep very busy servicing our restaurants so the ability to lift up to 65 pounds and perform a physically demanding job with accuracy and expediency is required. The ability to communicate in English and Spanish is also desirable as well as basic computer skills.

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliveries to our restaurants throughout the Puget Sound region in our refrigerated trucks
• Truck loading and unloading
• Helping pack fresh fish and frozen orders some of the time. Weighing and icing fresh fish as required
• General clean up as required

Job requirements:

• Valid license and clean driving record - please bring driving record when applying
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Able to start as early as 5:30 am and be willing to work overtime, especially in the summer months
• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Prior experience with electric pallet jacks and the ability to operate a forklift are desirable but not required.
• Prior experience driving trucks 16-20 feet long is desirable but not required.
• (We can train the right candidate to operate our trucks and other equipment if necessary.)
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs and make deliveries accurately and expeditiously.

Wage & Benefits Offered

$28.00 - $34.75 Hourly
