Title: Office Administrator

Location: Saginaw, MI

MKR Fabrication, a subsidiary of Palladyne AI, is a heavy fabrication and weld shop with support and assembly capabilities that specializes in manufacturing heavy duty, complex components. With a focus on fabrication and welding for the mining and agricultural industries, and a growing presence in the aerospace and defense industries, our experienced team can handle projects of varying scopes and specifications, and as an AS9100D registered company, quality comes first, filling a need for reliable, high-quality products. Palladyne AI (NASDAQ: PYDN) is an AI software company on a mission to automate physically demanding work that has historically been “too complex to automate.” With more than thirty years of robotics R&D — including during our time under Raytheon — we’ve developed advanced AI and ML software that enables robots to observe, learn, reason, and act with human-like intelligence.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Welcoming visitors and direct them to the relevant office personnel

· Coordinating activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy

· Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents

· Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, submitting payroll, and budget tracking

· Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations

· Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company

· Creating and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data

· Handling confidential information

· Maintaining ERP accuracy through proper data entry and review

· Tracking and purchasing office supplies to avoid disruptions in the workplace

QUALIFICATIONS

· Computer literate

· Microsoft Office literate

· ERP experience, JobBoss2 preferred

· QuickBooks experience preferred

· Manufacturing background preferred
